Waiting for the sofa for almost 9 months... Every month they postponed the delivery for next month... When asked for refund no reply .

Just wanted to say we visited the Reading Retail Park store yesterday (9thJuly). Having previously visited 7 months ago and eyeing a Wonderful chapJimmy and nearly making a purchase we felt we had to return and was ready to purchase a sofa plus furniture. Jimmy was extremely helpful yet not pushy . He was friendly and gave us time to decide on what we wanted and answered questions when needed. He was very sweet, yet professional and having experienced this with him months before, this is the reason we returned. We were very happy after several hours in making our decision and couldn’t of asked for a nicer person. Please forward this to Jimmy and say his professionalism yet friendless was recognised and a big pay on the back is deserved. People are quick to complain yet great service usually goes unnoticed. Absolutely amazing sofa

I bought some dining chairs and kitchen chairs. Very happy with the chairs, excellent quality and look really good. Had one problem with a small amount of damage on one the chairs. I contacted customer service via email, and within a couple of hours, I was called back. They arranged for the damaged chair to be replaced, which then arrived a couple of days later, and they took away the other one. Leaving me with a full set of perfect chairs. Things can always go wrong, it is how problems that are handled that is important, and they sorted this so quickly with minimal effort for me. Would definitely recommend Oak Furniture Superstore.

I live in a flat - I informed the team about this before I made the order and gave them some measurements of my access way. I did this because I was worried about whether to buy this product in case it could not be delivered. The sales team reassured me and said it would be fine and that I should go ahead with my purchase. Based on this information I made an order.
On the day of delivery I was told the table would not fit, that the table would need to be returned to the depot and I would incur a sales delivery charge because of the access issues on my flat. When I told the company about my previous conversations I was simply dismissed. Poor customer service but I have been told that the refund will go through in 7 working days so not quite one star. Very disappointed.

Horrible shady company paid nearly £600 for a table which was never delivered had to chase them after 14 days past delivery date to be told the delivery was rescheduled even though I never got a call about it or an email and now want to charge me £54 to have my table delivered or minus the £54 from my payment if they refund it. Shocking service AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Excellent service from ordering to delivering, ordered delivered in 48 hours, beautiful solid furniture could not be any more pleased with my table and chairs, such an obliging and polite delivery duo, could not ask fir anything better, thank you at oak furniture superstore, have already started recommending you to friends and family who are as impressed with my furniture as much as myself

Oak Furniture Superstore should change its name, as it is ten times better than the similarly named one, of which last year my husband and I unfortunately had experience.
However I am delighted to say that OFS is more efficient in every way and has Customer Service as a priority. The website, our order, my mistake dealt with patiently (!), the delivery, rapid handling of a necessary replacement and its delivery - all were excellent, including very pleasant, polite and efficient telephone staff.
Thank you, OFS, and we shall not hesitate to shop with you again.

I have been extremely pleased with all the furniture I have bought. What needed to be assembled was easy to be completed and the directions easy to follow. A replacement part was easy to reorder and was received promptly. I was very pleased with the service.

I am so pleased with the dining table and chairs that I recently purchased from Oak Furniture Superstore. The ordering online was quick and easy, the delivery was quick and easy too. Unfortunately there was a scratch on the table top but again once I made Oak Furniture Superstore aware a new one was sent out immediately. I am very happy and will check out their website for our next purchase.
